The Environment Agency are working with the River Severn Partnership to investigate opportunities for reducing flood risk and delivering environmental improvement across the Upper Severn catchment. We would be really keen to hear people's thoughts, ideas and experiences and are inviting you to submit your comments through our new interactive app.

The house button will return the view to centre on the Severn Uplands Catchment Area
Previous comments can be read by clicking on the red dots on the map or selecting from the list of comments on screen.
To submit a comment first click on the green "+ Select here to add a new comment" button, this will start a new form.
The location about which you are commenting can be identified at any stage. Simply click on the map to identify the point location
Complete the drop down boxes and fill in your comments in the Comment box.
Please adhere to the guidelines set out in the Data Use section below when submitting your comments.
You are requested to identify the category that your comment falls into, please select one of the following:
Opportunities to improve flood management at a local level which are already being pursued including any local funding bids or availability
These might be officially designated sites or, of equal interest are places which have an importance to the community attached to them, e.g a special tree, building, public space
Places known to have flooded in the past
Any ideas about managing water in this area e.g. identification of an area of land suitable for flood storage, locations where natural solutions could be used to manage runoff or your own innovation or idea
Details of any experiences or thoughts about flooding, including any comments of relevance to future flood management planning in this area.
We are also keen to collect images to support your comments which we can use in the study. If you would like to contribute an image use the ‘browse’ button on the form to attach a photo of the place or feature you are telling us about.

The photos will be uploaded onto a database and will be freely available to the public and for further use in the study.
Your comment and uploaded photo will be public and subject to modification before being posted.
